Rachel III
Rachel III (Rachel Lavendel Andisson; born 18 February 1904) is the reigning Margravine of Rosalica. Coming from a long line of Usprian elves, it has allowed her to rule over Rosalica for over eighty years since the 17th of October, 1935, at the age of 31.
