P'titefemme (Staynish: little women) are pensioners in the Federation who spent time watching construction sites in person rather than through livestreams like the majority of the Federation. They're a common sight at public building construction sites and during train track construction. Stereotypically they are quieting whispering to each other, while sitting at a designated watching spot while drinking coffee. The behavior was record in the 1960s by construction crews, notably the 1960s being the first time there was a sizable portion of pensioners on record. The term was employed by construction crews in a lighthearted job towards them or by P'titefemme themselves in self-deprecation. It was officially supported policy by the Federal government working alongside construction cooperatives or firms to provide a spot for pensioners to setup chairs to watch construction work, provide faculties and coffee in the 1980s.

P'titefemme has been on a massive downtrend after livestreams became more available at pensioner villages. The government of the Federation sponsored watch parties within pensioner villages to help promote the pensioners to be more sociable. Despite the downtrend and the later shrinkages of bus services to bring pensioners to construction sites. P'titefemme are still a common site in République C.D and in petite-nations' capitals, though it is still a far cry from its highs during the 1970s to early 2000s.
