The Labor Party of Phoenixia, officially the Labor Movement - Future, is a Phoenixian center-left political party founded on July 13, 1946, in Bluckingham. The party emerged as the political wing of the Phoenixian Workers' Union, which is now known as the Trades Union Congress. The party's founders were Michael Vest, Rupert Laccom, and Jack Kleo.

The party describes itself as a democratic socialist party, committed to democratic socialism and environmental protection. Since 2015, the party has been led by syndicalist Renato Raffaele, who has continued to emphasize the party's commitment to these values.

The party is the largest parliamentary party, with over 280 seats, and leads the Government Coalition. The Labor Party is a member of the International Socialist Solidarity Organization, which is dedicated to advancing the political and economic causes of socialism and communism. The party collaborates with other socialist and social democratic parties around the world to promote their shared values and goals.

The Party is committed to promoting social justice, workers' rights, and protecting the environment. The party advocates for progressive policies such as universal healthcare, affordable housing, and fair wages. The Labor Party also supports policies to combat climate change and protect the natural environment.

In 2020, the Greens - Future Alliance, a center-left ecological party, merged with the Labor Movement, creating Labor Movement - Future. The Greens were formed in 1980 by the merger of two state parties, the Union of the Greens and the Green Confederations. In addition to environmental issues, such as protecting the environment, the Greens also fought for the rights of minorities and supported socio-ecological tax reform.
