The Honorable Count, Sir Júlio Ezekiel de Zanpaí, the Count Zanpaí, is an Antoran diplomat and knight. He is the feudal lord of the County of Zanpaí, part of the Duchy of Liti in the Castijara District. de Zanpaí currently serves as the Attaché-General for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Antoran representative and Embajador to the League of Novaris. As the head of the House of Zanpaí, he assumed the office of Attaché-General on his father's death in accordance with the traditional role played by his House in the duties of the Noble Blood. In addition to his peerage bureaucracy responsibilities, de Zanpaí was appointed to the League of Novaris as Embajador upon Casilló y Réal's admission to the body. He maintains a residence in Klippezackt with a significant staff of County retainers to assist with both positions. Considered a coarse and brash person towards those outside the nobility, de Zanpaí has retained his positions through the endorsement of King Sebastián II, who stated after a meeting with the Count in 2021 that "the Count Zanpaí may hold certain personality traits and opinions, but his honor and committment to duty ensure he is professional and intelligently prosaic when required." de Zanpaí is noted by many League staff at the Ligaturm for his propensity to attend Council sessions in full or partial armor, and the habit of organizing fencing matches with other feudal Councilors at his residence.
