Horis Kolesov Adley (Born 16th January 1982) is a Durakan Politician serving as Direklieter since July 1st, 2010, the first to be elected for the position for a third term. He was Head of the Council of Trade Unions from 2008 to 2010, while also serving as an Education Union Representitive for his home provinces of Linskia from 2006 to 2010. He is also leader of the ruling Social Democratic Party of Durakia.
