Fortunan Science and Engineering Department

The Fortunan Science and Engineering Department (FSED) is a nationally owned research and development conglomerate for the Second Fortunan Empire currently headed by Director Rachel Ettori. Their purpose is to advance the nation in the ways of science and technology, especially militarily. The department is split into multiple branches with expertise in specific areas. One such branch is the FSED Marine Branch with notable researchers including Troy Innocenti, Serena Laurita, and Valentina Nobili who all represented Fortuna in International Sealab.
