The Foundation Coalition, known professionally as the First Gargano coalition government, was the first administration of the newly-formed Wealdenite Union after the ratification of its new concordat and the enablement of the Treaty of Absolution. It is comprised of the People's Reform Party, the Democratic Labour Party, and the Union of Liberals, and is due its first election in October 2023.
