Darzism
Darzism, also known as Gothiric Fascism, is an far right political ideology developed by the Jarisveni Dictator Oriv Darzisa. With Darzism still being followed by the ruling political party of Jarisven, the Popular Gothiric Party (PGP). With its doctrine following Darzisa’s ideological manifesto named: ‘Løgnen om Sekularisme’ (The Lie of Secularism).
As defined by Darzisa’s political work and government, Darzism is mainly defined by its authoritarianism, extreme devotion to Gothiric Ulvriktru and ultra-nationalism. With Darzisa also stating that the purpose of his government was to be the safeguard against the “lie of secularism and liberalism”. In which according to him Jarisven was “destined” to free East Novaris from said “lies”. As such the ideology has been often defined by its utter opposition to any form of secularism which took central stage as a result of the rise of Hirdism in Hustreache.
Darzisa argued in favour of the creation of a fanatic party oligarchy led by a strong leader. Said leader would according to Darzisa come from the country’s Gothirs (Ulvriktru Clergy) which he defined as the “purest” of the country’s classes. Compared to other fascistic ideologies Darzisa was opposed to corporatist economic systems and rather pushed for heavy centralised planned economy similare to communist and Einarist states at the time. With the exceptions being placed on Ulvriktru peasants who were among the few that were allowed to own private property. Largely done through elements of the PGP pushing for a: “Economy for the faithful workers and farmers”.
While Darzism nominaly is not an speciest ideology its hyper Gothiric fundamentalism has lead it to follow an general speciest rhetoric against tieflings and kemonomimi largely as a result of two groups being among the largest religious minorities in Jarisven that of Duarism and Akuanism respectfully. With Jarisveni law discriminating against any religion not belonging to the Gothiric branch of Ulvriktru. This lead to the country being named as one of the most Anti-Akuanist states in the world by several Akuan organisations and considered heavily speciest towards kemonomimi in general. With attempts of lessening Darzism’s speciest elements only happening after Tarvan Jonis became the country’s High Minister in 1996.
