The Council of Ministers of Packilvania is the highest advisory body to the Sultan of Packilvania. It runs the administration of the country and executes decrees. Members of the Council of Ministers are called Ministers and they oversee executive government departments. They also have the power to issue regulations and rules as determined by decree.
