The Convention of Heliburcht (Vistarian: Conventie van Heliburcht) is an international agreement of four nations in Western Yasteria, focusing on mutual defence and security of member-states and protection against both overt and covert foreign influence directed against Member-State Governments.

With the formal agreement ratified by all states on the 22nd of April, 2022, a majority of political analysts credit the formalization of what was, for the most part, already existing defensive cooperation amongst the states - all members of the Association of Yasterian Nations (commonly known as the AYN) - to the actions of the Federation of the Southern Coast in the development of Nuclear Weapons. However, other recent events such as the Helslandr Civil War and ongoing Third Suvani War were also noted as potentially key factors, with the latter conflict especially prevalent in the current Provincian Foreign Policy which began with preventative defensive measures made by the Second Martin Cabinet in 2020.
