Clarenzio Adifreddi Metrofane (born August 7, 1961 in Rofragole) is a Phoenixian lawyer and politician who currently serves as the Federal Chancellor of Phoenixia, leading the Metrofane Cabinet. Metrofane has held several political positions throughout his career, including Minister of Telecommunications and Digital, Minister of Disability and the Family, Minister of the Interior and Communities, and Mayor of Juppir Terme. Prior to becoming Chancellor, Metrofane served as President of the Supreme Court of Phoenixia from 2016 to 2019.
Metrofane was born on August 7, 1961 in Rofragole and began his political career in 1995 as Minister of Telecommunications and Digital. He later served as Minister of Disability and the Family from 1997 to 1999 and Minister of the Interior and Communities from 1999 to 2005. In 2006, he became Mayor of Juppir Terme and held this position until 2012. Between 2016 and 2019 he held the position of President of the Supreme Court of Phoenixia.
Following the Phoenixian general elections of 2022, the Labor movement emerged victorious and Metrofane was proposed as Chancellor on May 10. He delivered a speech to the Landsraad on May 13 and was subsequently sworn in as Chancellor on May 14, 2022, alongside his cabinet, in a ceremony led by Federal President Antonio D'Amato.
