The Cirivelist movement, also known as the Twin Eagle movement was a loosely organized fringe movement which sought a union of equals between Norgsveldet and Vistaraland. The movement primarily existed within the 1960s, peaking following the completion of the joint Operation Oppermacht (Overlegenhet in Norgsveltian), which saw a joint Vistarian-Norgsveltian team create the first Hydrogen Bomb. Primarily, the movement's goals pertained to the unification of the two nations as well as their colonial holdings into a union of constituent entities which shared a common economic and foreign policy, believing that such change was needed in order to preserve both the Vistari and Norgsveltian empires, as well as overcome South Hills in the Concordian Cold War.

The name of the movement was chosen after Queen Cirivele of Vistaraland, the consort of current reigning Emperor Pieter IV and daughter of Queen Magrete I of Norgsveldet.

Cirivelism in Maanbriak

While the original movement failed to gain notable traction in either country, falling into obscurity by the mid 1970s, the label and proposal made by Cirivelism remains in the nation of Maanbriak, with a vocal minority of those in favour of the continuation of the diarchal system still maintaining the label of Cirivelist.
