BluckinghamCon is an annual nonprofit multi-genre comics and entertainment convention held annually in Bluckingham, Phoenixia. BluckinghamCon is the first large-scale comic convention held in Phoenixia. It was founded in 1996 by the Phoenixian Society of Pop Culture (PSPC) and is held annually in Bluckingham for a week in late November.

It has evolved from its comic and sticker roots to showcase computer and video games, animation, film and television, cosplay, comics, live wrestling, and retailers selling pop culture merchandise.

The convention hosts famous guests from the worlds of film, TV, animation, cosplay, Dube, comics and games. Event attendees can meet guests, purchase autographs and photo opportunities, as well as watch panels with guests. BluckinghamCon is one of the largest public conventions held in Phoenixia and Arcturia.
