Aruto Baldevino Matagumpay (born February 17, 1973) known formerly or by courtesy as King Matagumpay II, is a Sokalan politician, who had served as the last reigning King of Sokala from 2000 to 2009, before later serving as Prime Minister of Sokala since 2012.

After King Matagumpay I's death, he replaced his father as the reigning king in 2000. During his reign as King Matagumpay II, he worked to unite Sokala and abolish the monarchy. He helped fixed ethnic tensions in Sokala by addressing key ethnic issues that were caused by the Staynish-Islander Civil War.
