Albrecht Hanschmidt von Alstradt (Born January 8th 1946) is a disgraced Arkian nobleman turned communist party leader. He now holds the position of Commissar-General of the East Arkian Republic, and holds the reputation of directly commanding the East’s forces in the Arkian Civil War.
