University Elections were an untested process in Vistari politics, with the introduction of University Communities as extra-provincial constituencies being one advocated for by the Rational Association during the [[2020 Vistari general election]]. Many had predicted such a policy would not be enacted after the Rational Association failed to make it into government, however discussions of the policy between the [[Allard Baas|Baas]] Government and the Rational Association throughout 2021, finding to policy mutually amicable.
