[[Prime Ministers of Great Morstaybishlia|Prime Minister]] [[Franklin Barvata]] traveled to meet with [[Axdel|Axdelian]] President [[Diego Corbinn]], where they both agreed was defunct as [[Norograd]], the second signatory, was entirely replaced as an entity by [[Axdel]] in 1996. Barvata refused their request in parliament.
