The 2019 Great Morstaybishlia general election took place on Wednesday 27 February 2019 which saw 750 Constituencies elect one Member of Parliament (MP) to the House of Representatives. The Labour Party, led by Franklin Barvata, ousted the incumbent Conservative government of Walter Johannes with a parliamentary majority of 4 seats.
