The '''2017 Tretridian federal election''' was held on January 18, 2017. The LDP, which was the ruling party of Tretrid before the removal of Æthelred Wulfricson from power, lost nearly half its seats due to a series of increasingly high-profile scandals. A ÞSD-ADÞÞAD government, led by [[Eoforwine Æthelstanson]], was created after the election.
