Since the early 2000s, Sohr had been a public figure and advocate for restoring proper democracy in the [[Ethalria (Matriarchy)|Matriarchy of Ethalria]] alongside [[Kiara Lunenburg]]. In the 2015 Ribenstadt Protests, authorities arrested Sohr and Lunenburg and they both served one and a half years in prison for unauthorised assembly.
Sohr has been a long-time VWP member, with membership since 2013. She was an avid supporter of [[Clauzia Sarohart|Sarohart's]] assension as party leader during the mutiny in April 2018 where members of the party wanted to merge with the [[Vothetrian Socialists' Party|VSP]] in Karinthus.
