The Vinlander Civil War was the final culmination of anti-republican sentiment and tensions arising between the Senate (led by Øivind Austad I) and the House of Commons (led by Jon Volinski). The final straw came after the Volinski Administration debated a bill to default on debt accrued during the Great War.
Background
On 3rd Feburary 1917, President Volinksi proposed before the House a resolution and bill on defaulting on payments for any debt accrued between 1910 and the present day.
