UTC -8:00 is an identifier for the time zone that is offset from UTC (Universal Time at Christie) by subtracting 8 hours. Countries that are in this time zone, either in part or in whole, include Tavaris (where it is known as "East Tavaris Time"), Kaduna, Lamanwasser, Lapimuhyo, Lapinumbia, Rijelv, Sontrona, Transnalpia, and Vultuca.
