The CDS Trintercarrier 8, designated the TC-8 and otherwise known as the Tristmeam or simply the Trintercarrier 8, is a multi-purpose, fixed-wing, four-engine turbofan strategic and tactical airlifter designed by Comhréamh Defence and Space, a joint venture between ±0.000 Aeronautics, LPF Aerospace, Taráin Aerostructure and Teáncáir Aerospace Consolidation. The Tristmeam is named after a semi-mythical whale that sank ships around the Kahl Sea for the majority of the eleventh century.

The Trintercarrier 8 is a part of a wider series of Trinter-aircraft by CDS to fulfil the need for a new and improved transport aircraft that utilises modern-day technologies to streamline its applications. The TC-8 began development in 2018, looking to replace the ageing fleet of strategic airlifters of Comlathas nations. The majority of the funding for the project was sourced from Comlathas nations, who are also home to the manufacturers and designers of the aircraft. On December the 6th of 2021, the TC-8 completed its maiden flight. The TC-8 was introduced on the 29th of December of 2023, with it entering service in the Comlathas Enhanced Defence Organization.

The Trintercarrier 8 is primarily used as a strategic airlifter, however, it also has the capability to be also used for tactical airlift operations. The TC-8 is currently used by the air forces of Mirhaime, Thalor, Costalan and Thøn. It has been used for a wide range of operations, from providing the necessities to the victims of the 2024 Phaus Landslide to delivering military equipment from the manufacturer to the customer’s military, the TC-8 has a wide range of uses.
