== ChapterArticle 1: Regarding Trade and Security ==
#The Governments of the Sultanate of Packilvania and the Member States of the Union of Commonwealth Alliances shall agree to the following terms:

== ChapterArticle 2: Regarding Rodenia and Puntalia ==
#The Governments of the Sultanate of Packilvania and the Member States of the Union of Commonwealth Alliances agree to work towards the following goals:

##|The Confederated State of Rodenia to recognize the independence of the Republic of New Puntalia,
## |A referendum to be held in the New Republic of Puntalia regarding whether it wants to remain independent or to reunite with the Republic of New Puntalia,
## |The peaceful resettlement of Rodenians from Puntaliathe toNew RodeniaRepublic of Puntalia who wish to return to the Confederated State of Rodenia,
## |To prevent and stop ethnic violence against Puntalians in the Confederated State of Rodenia and against Rodenians in the New Republic of Puntalia,
##|The Confederated State of Rodenia to recognize the independence of the New Republic of Puntalia if it chooses to be independent,
##|The Republic of New Puntalia to recognize the independence of the New Republic of Puntalia if it elects to be independent,.}}</ol>

== ChapterArticle 3: Mediation, Interpretation and Enforcement ==
# If either the UCAGovernments orof the Sultanate of Packilvania or the Member States of the Union of Commonwealth Alliances believe that the other is in breach of the terms of the Treaty they are to lodge a complaint with the Government of the Republic of Oscrelia.
# The Government of the Republic of Oscrelia shall agree to organize a tribunal to assess whether the terms of the Treaty were broken.
#The Governments of the Sultanate of Packilvania and the UCAMember States of the Union of Commonwealth Alliances agree not to withdraw from the Treaty or to act as though they have until the outcome of the tribunal mentionedreferred to in Chapterparagraph 2 of Article 3 Sectionof 2the Present Treaty has been announced.
==Article 4: Depositaries and Ratification==
#The present Treaty is subject to ratification or acceptance by its signatories.
#The instruments of ratification or acceptance shall be deposited with the Government of the Republic of Oscrelia. That Government shall inform all other signatories of the deposit of each instrument of ratification or acceptance.
#The present Treaty shall enter into force upon the deposit of instruments of ratification or acceptance by the Government of the Sultanate of Packilvania and the Union of Commonwealth Alliances.
#The original of the present Treaty, of which the Codexian, Norgsveltian, and Packilvanian texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited with the Government of the Republic of Oscrelia, which shall transmit duly certified copies of the present Treaty to the Governments of the signatories.
