His Imperial and Royal Majesty, '''Thumim V''', is the [[Sultan of Packilvania|Sultan]] of [[Packilvania]], King of [[Drakkengard]] and head of [[Pax-Draconica]]. He is the eldest son of the former [[Sultan of Packilvania]], [[Namdun III]], whom he succeeded on 24 December 2022. He was the [[Crown Prince of Packilvania]] from 2006 to 2022. He was the Regent of Packilvania during his father's hiatus from 2021 to 2022. During his tenure [[Packilvania]] joined the [[International Forum]], proposed the [[International Convention on Climate Change]] thereat, hosted the [[2022 Series One World Championship]], signed the [[Commercial Cooperation Partnership]] with the [[League of Novaris]], signed the [[Treaty of Culoria]] with the [[Union of Commonwealth Alliances]] formally ending the [[2020 Puntalia Military Intervention|2020 to 2022 Puntalian Crisis]], the [[Pax-UCA Trade Partnership]] as well as a trade and military cooperation arrangement with [[United Malordia]], significantly improving the [[foreign relations of Packilvania]]. In mid-October 2022, he was the target of an attempted assassination by [[Prince Kujil]], former Governor of [[Kemer]].

The first act of his reign was to send a letter via the Crescent, a state owned newspaper, (which was later distributed to international news media), stating that he planned to focus his reign on combating crime and terrorism, building institutions, fighting corruption, modernising the government, and empowering women through a Paxist lens, cutting carbon emissions and raising the country to a lower upper income nation.

On 30 December 2022, it was announced that he was engaged to be married to [[Saga, Duchess of Tynam]], who would be crowned [[Sultana of Packilvania]] and Queen of Drakkengard at a joint wedding and coronation on 23 January 2022. The [[Coronation and Wedding of Thumim V and Saga of Tynam]] was one of if not the most watched live event in the world and the most watched in the [[history of Packilvania]]. The head of state or head of government of almost every major power was present. Together with Saga, he founded and co-chairs the [[Bedon Family Foundation]], one of the largest private charitable funds by endowment.
