Thomas Soland
Thomas Soland (born Thomas Ure; 25th, March 1920 - 18th, January 2020) was an Côtois Elven serial killer serial killer who confessed to murdering 35 kemonomimi women and men between 1939 and 1960. In 1960 he was caught murdering Britt Bylund, in Østland; Federation of the Southern Coast. He was already a suspect for the murder of Veronika Tuft, Åsmund Tande and Agnar Larsen by the Federal Bureau of Law Enforcement due to his frequency of being near the crime scene. Before being caught he was several interviewed by FBLE, however he was always forced to be let go due to lack of evidence. He gave his confession unprompted to the federal agents, who originally was only being interrogated for his murder of Britt Bylund. He was confirmed by the FBLE to have killed 29 of the kemonomimi he confessed to killing, making him the largest number of confirmed victims for any serial killers in the history of the Federation of the Southern Coast.

Early Life
Thomas Soland was born as Thomas Ure on 25th, March 1920, in Vohold, Østland. Thomas claimed his mother was a dragon thrall and that she tried to eat him at a early age, though his claims could never be proven due his mother dying from cancer when he was ten years old. According to the census at the time, his mother and father worked together in a general store. Soon after his birth, his mother filed for divorced from his father due to the father's alcoholism and abuse. His mother married a kemonomimi man who worked as a public defense attorney. By his own account he started to dream about murdering his step-father and returning to his father. During his middle, high and technical school years he received numerous citations for discipline and failure to achieve academic standards. Despite his parents attempts to send him to reform school, where he escape several times in a attempt to return to his father.
According to interview given by Thomas by 1955, as a child during his visitation to his father. His father often talked about his mother was seduced by kemonomimi to ruined their perfect elven family unit. Going on to detail that kemonomimi have mystical charms to trick elven minds to fall in love in them, using their charms to steal elven wealth and destroy their culture. Thomas says he firmly believed his father's words and made plans to kill his step-father when he was sixteen.
Crimes
In 15th, January 1936, Thomas attempted to kill his step father by smothering him with a pillow. He was overpowered by his step-father and mother who called the police afterwards. During his trail, his step-father spoke in Thomas' defense stating that his step-son was influenced by his biological father for the attempted homicide and that his step-son was mentally disturbed that need care. He was sentenced until he was of adult age to a juvenile rehabilitation facility in the countryside, according to Thomas interview he enjoyed his time in the rehabilitation facility. When he was released he moved to Vohold to live with his biological father.
In his confession, his first murder was in a rural area outside of Vohold, Østland sometime in June, 1939. He murdered a young jogger Veronika Tuft while on his way to his job at a construction site, later dumping the body into the ocean. The body was found on the shore and discovered by a fisherman in 29th June. He was photographed at the crime scene accidently by a news reporter taking a photo of the crowd gathered around the scene. He was taken into questioning by the police due to his strange behavior though later was released due to lack of evidence. Notably his first and only phone call was to his step-father.
He was later arrested for petty robbery and destruction of his kemonomimi co-worker's car and items from their apartment. He was sentence to a 6 month community service after his step-father negotiated it down from a 3 month sentence in a prison. During his community service, he was fired from work due to frequency of fighting his co-workers who almost always a kemonomimi. During his time of community service, he killed another kemonomimi, Åsmund Tande a student attending a nearby technical school for carpentry. He was nearby the crime scene when the body was discovered again and was brought in for more questioning. Though his step-father acted as his lawyer again and refused to answer questions to the police under advice from his father.
He was caught when murdering Britt Bylund, a manager at his new job at a steel plant. He reportedly was strangling the 55 year old, kemonomimi manager Britt Bylund after the manager requested Thomas to mop the floor before closing time. According to records and his confession, being ordered by a kemonomimi he lost control of his impulse and stabbed the kemonomimi. When he was brought in by police officers, he requested that they "do not call his step-dad." Instead requesting FBLE agent to be brought in for his confession. During his confession, he detailed how he killed 35 kemonomimi across petite-nations lines to the agent. When questioned about the his motive he said his biological father's final words told him don't let kemonomimi seduce the elves of the Federation of the Southern Coast. Which he assumed that to mean killing kemonomimi. He provided evidence and trophy collection that he kept in his apartment to the police. When questioned why he was confessing now, Thomas claimed that Akua spoke to him, where he converted to Akuanism and that Akuanism says killing is wrong.
Incarceration and Death
Thomas was declared legally insane by a psychologist and sentence to a mental health institution for the violently and the criminally insanity. He later died from lung cancer (18th, January 2020) and was given a Akuan funeral at the institution's graveyard.
