'''Thomas William Samuel Coleman''' (born July 12th, 1980) is a CappedoriteWealdenite liberal politician, campaigner, and author who has served as First Deputy Chancellor of [[Cappedore]] sincefrom 2016 to 2023, as well as being leader of the [[Union of Liberals (Wealden)|Liberal Union]]. He pulled the Liberal Union out of the Welfare Coalition with the CSDP after the Thomarian riots of 2022. On 18 May 2023, he resigned as the Liberal Union's leader.
