The Company management includes an informal board of ‘Captains’ which advises the owner and Executive Captain, Demuiré. Each Captain also serves as an executive in the corporate structure. On occasion, the firm will offer its services free of charge, though there is no known criteria for this. As of 2020, The Company has around 47,000 employees and operates across four continents on contracts and retainer for dozens of public and private clients. Most contractors are of Corric descent, but there are significant numbers of other nationalities including [[Kuthernburg|Kuthern]], [[Celannica|Celan]], Pax, and [[Atlae|Atlaesian]].
