Syleria Noblis is a prominent political commentator and consultant. She was born to Arthur and Celeste Noblis on March 12, 1985, in the city of Rockport in Emberwood Coast. She studied at the International School in Corseau where she learnt Ethalrian and Corseauvian. before returning to Emberwood Coast to do a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Statistics and Politics. She was hired by Ita Marama to work as a Business Transformation Consultant. She continued studying and got her Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Tokapa. She was made the Head of Ita Marama's Business Transformation Department in Packilvania. She learnt Packilvanian and lived in Gezer.
She became a contributor for the Auroran Continental Press Organisation. Following which she was employed by, a consulting firm from Cryria to help people do business in Packilvania.
