The State of Morstaybishlia, or 'New Morstaybishlia' as called by the [[Staynes|Staynish]] people, was a self declared nation run by a militant resistance group that took control of Fort Staynes and the coastal towns of Horkalo from August 2003 to September 2005. It began after uproar surged from the City Mayor election, which resulted in High-King Lambertus VII's psychotic fourth cousin, Yarro Vondeler Peekio being elected. The leadership changed 4 times, from Abjazl Lecrane, Herdio Washik, Georgio Vermana and finally Zercrod Furista the Hated, with Zecrod Furista in power for 13 months. The State gained international recognition from [[Axdel]] in January 2005, followed by [[Nation/Emberwood Coast|Emberwood Coast]] and [[Bai Lung]] in May 2005.
