Provinces are led by patriarchsprovincial generals, who act autocratically and are held directly accountable to their people through their province's branch of the Legacy Party. While certain provinces have certain specifications, they are generally responsible for appointing a provincial minister, which acts under the president's permission to appoint ministers throughout the provincial government. All of the presidentsprovincial generals make up the presidium, which is headed by a presidial chiefpresident. The presidial chiefpresident is appointed by the supreme leader with the permission of the presidium itself (via an internal election) and helps guide the presidium to coordinate cooperation between the states in political, economic, and cultural domains. The presidium makes itself accountable to the political council as opposed to each stateprovince doing so in name. Individual provinces may be called to represent themselves if requested by the supreme leader.
