He is appointed by the [[Sultan of Packilvania]] and is the chairperson and head of the [[Council of Ministers of Packilvania]]. The post stems from the post of the Chief Official of the historical [[Imperial Court of Packilvania]]. The first formal Prime Minister was Prince Abdin Demir who was the head of government under the last ruler of the [[Demirite dynasty]] [[Zerah Demir IV]]. The position was abolished by the [[Packilvanian Communist Party]] and its powers and duties were fused with the General Secretary. The position was reestablished in 1985 by the [[Carriers of Mercy]]. The incumbent Prime Minister is [[Prince Luwadeen]].
