Nevertheless, its foreign policy is dynamic and fills a niche specifically in low-cost manufacturing, commodities, narcotics and sapient products (slaves and organs)narcotics as well as alternative means of conflict and dispute resolution that international multilateral organisations and liberal democratic powers do not.
