As the Arkian peninsula came under the influence of new foreign powers, many of the Ademarist outposts were swept away. Rißtten itself would be violently incorporated into Ethalrian rule. The resentful and repressed population would be among the first territories to rebel against Ethalrian rule when the time came. With the support of the Cryrian Church, Ademarist Rißtten saw success in its part of the Arkian independence war. Despite this, Rißtten remained cognizant of Leidenstad's previous indifference and inability to provide protection, and the Duchy wouldchose to integrate into the new Confederation.
