The head of government is the Chief Minister (who is the Chairperson of the Cabinet). She controls and directs the work of the Cabinet, advises the Emperor on the exercise of his powers with respect to Kohatuan matters, and represents the Kohatuan government. The Cabinet is the highest policy formation and decision-making body of the executive branch. It consists of Ministers who oversee departments and government agencies. The Cabinet meets once a week at the Kohatuan Government House to discuss and vote on various issues.
