'''Arlin Bruno Douglas Klements''' (born 1 October 1966) is a [[South Staynes|South Staynish]] politician who has been Chancellor of the Exchequer since 1 April 2021, having previously served Secretary of State for South Staynes since 26from November 2020 to April 2021, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions from 2004 until 2005 and Member of Parliament for Kroslet, Kirdintayos since the Kroslet by-election in 1994.
 
Klements was born to South Staynish father Douglas Klements and mother Brinnie Gairo in Gronmund Infirmary, Luxaria. He was born on a family holiday to the Morstaybishlian territory. Klements grew up and was raised in Kirdintayos and attended Haymane Private School and later West Kirdintayos University.
