The Articles of Confederation was the first Constitution of the East Pacific. Instituted in late 2003 by World-Assembly Delegate One Infinite Loop, the Articles would serve as the East Pacific's regional constitution until the Ratification of the [[Government:East Pacific Charter|Charter]] in 2005.
