''Franklin Victor Barvata'' was born in Lambertupol in 1968 to mother Catherine Boneva and father Victor Berowalt Barvata. He studied politics and international relations in the Lambertupol University. He became the Labour MP for CavenstelmCavenhelm in 1991 untiland 1999went whereon he became MP for West Lambertupol. He lost his position in the 2005 General Election when Walter Johannes was elected Prime Minister, but remained in the Labour Partyto asbecome the Shadow Minister of Health untilfrom 20122005 whento he became the MP for Lambertupol again2012. In 2017 he became the Leader of the Conservative Party. He criticised Johannes in early 2019 for his decision making and went on to win the [[2019 Great Morstaybishlia General Election]] with Labour winning a 380 seat910 majorityseats.
