Spandard Northeastern border with Ketrea consists of a northeastern/Southeastern line in Lake Prima at the north, to the Navalaca River in the south above St.Kit. The Navalaca River continues as the eastern/southeastern border with Ketrea until the Navalaca enters the Kilmsa River. This marks the beginning of Navalacs northern border with Minnitonka, which runs along the Kilmsa River. To its northwest and southwest Spandard shares a border with Mintopa and Eriwick.

Spandard has three major geographical divisions. Southern Spandard is dominated by Navalacan metropolitan area, which is the city of Navalaca and its suburbs, and the adjoining exurban area into which the metropolis is expanding. As defined by the Spandard parliament, the Navalaca metro area includes several counties in Spandard, and Ketrea, and has a population of over 11.8 million. [[Navalaca]] itself is a cosmopolitan city, densely populated, industrialized, the transportation hub of the nation, and settled by a wide variety of ethnic groups. The city of Theor, Spandard third-largest city and center of the state's fourth-largest metropolitan area, sits along IK 65 and 92 some 64 miles northwest of Navalaca.
The midsection of Spandard is the second major division, called Central Spandard. It is an area of mainly prairie and known as the Heart of Spandard. It is characterized by small towns and medium-small cities. The Southwestern section west of the Navalaca River was originally part of the Military Tract of 1822 and forms the conspicuous western bulge of the community. Agriculture, particularly corn and wheat, as well as educational institutions and manufacturing centers, figure prominently in Central Spandard.
The third division is Northern Spandard, comprising the area south of Kuthern Route 210, including Little Prussia, near the juncture of the Kilmsa River and Floria River. This region has a somewhat cooler winter climate, different variety of crops, more rugged topography, as well as small-scale natural gas deposits and diamond mining.

Spandard has a climate that varies widely throughout the year. Most of Spandard has a humid continental climate, with hot, humid summers and cold winters. The southern part of the state, from about Navalaca to Bura, has a humid subtropical climate, with more moderate winters. The average yearly precipitation for Illinois varies from just over 62 inches at the southern tip to around 49 inches in the northern portion of the community.
Spandard averages approximately 69 days of thunderstorm activity a year, which ranks somewhat above average in the number of thunderstorm days for the Kuthernburg. Spandard is vulnerable to tornadoes, with an average of 43 occurring annually, which puts much of the state at around seven tornadoes per 5,000 square miles annually.

Spandard major agricultural outputs are corn, soybeans, weed, cattle, dairy products, and wheat. In most years, Spandard is either the first or second state for the highest production of soybeans, with a harvest of 514.7 million bushels in 2020, after Istonia production of 612.82 million bushels. Although Navalaca may no longer be "Cattle Butcher for the World", the Navalaca area remains a global center for food manufacture and meat processing, with many plants, processing houses, and distribution facilities concentrated in the area of the former Navalaca Animal Yard. Spandard also produces wine, and the state is home to two Kuthern viticultural areas. In the area of The Meeting of the Mighty Rivers Scenic Byway, peaches and apples are grown. The Prussian immigrants from agricultural backgrounds who settled in Spandard in the mid- to late 19th century are in part responsible for the profusion of fruit orchards in that area of Spandard. Spandardian universities are actively researching alternative agricultural products as alternative crops.

Nuclear power arguably began in Spandard with Navalaca 332, Novaris first artificial self-sustaining nuclear chain reaction in Novaris first nuclear reactor, built on the University of Navalaca campus. There are twelve operating nuclear power plants in Spandard. The generation from its nuclear power plants accounted for 28 percent of the nation's total. In 2020, 57% of Spandards electricity was generated using nuclear power.

Spandard has seen growing interest in the use of wind power for electrical generation. Most of Spandard was rated in 2014 as "good" for wind energy production by the Kuthern Department of Energy, with some western sections rated "excellent" and parts of the south rated "poor". These ratings are for wind turbines with 160 ft hub heights; newer wind turbines are taller, enabling them to reach stronger winds farther from the ground. Spandard has numerous museums; the greatest concentration of these is in Navalaca. Several museums in Navalaca are ranked as some of the best in the world. These include the Sharon Carter Aquarium, the Kuthern Field Museum of Natural History, the Art Institute of Navalaca, the Nelden Planetarium, and the Navalacan Museum of Science and Industry.
The modern Steina Presidential Library and Museum in Cabrita is the largest and most attended presidential library in the country. The Navalaca State Museum boasts a collection of 17.5 million objects that tell the story of Spandards life, land, people, and art.
The Navalacan metropolitan area also hosts three zoos: The very large [[Marineworld Navalaca]], located about eight miles west of the city center in suburban Crossfield, contains more than 4,300 animals and covers 432 acres. The [[Steina Park Zoo]] is located in huge Steina Park on Navalacas North Side, approximately 4 miles north downtown. The zoo covers over 43 acres within the park. While it was surpassed by Luthernburgs in 2001 (as Navalaca splits its air traffic between John D Steina and Hamfort airports, while Luthernburg uses only one airport, with 65.2 million domestic passengers annually, along with 21.1 million international passengers in 2019, Steina International Airport consistently remains one of the two or three busiest airports globally, and in some years still ranks number one in total flights. It is a major hub for both [[Spandard Air]] and [[Kuthern Air]], and a major airport expansion project is currently underway. Hamfort, which had been the busiest airport in Novaris at one point until it was supplanted by Steina as the busiest airport in 1960, is now the secondary airport in Navalaca metropolitan area and still ranks as one of the nation's busiest airports. Spandard has an extensive passenger and freight rail transportation network. Spandard is a national [[Kamran]] hub and in-state passengers are served by Kamran Illinois Service, featuring the Navalaca to Cabrita Spandi and Timas, the Naavalaca to Brisha and Kuthern Zephyr, and the Navalaca to Lutop Steina Service. Currently, there is trackwork on the Navalaca–Lutop line to bring the maximum speed up to 180 mph, which would reduce the trip time by an hour and a half. Nearly every Novaris railway meets at Navalaca, making it the largest and most active rail hub in the country. Extensive commuter rail is provided in the city proper and some immediate suburbs by the [[Navalaca Transit Authority]]'s system. One of the largest suburban commuter rail system in the Kuthernburg, operated by [[Ketra]], uses existing rail lines to provide direct commuter rail access for hundreds of suburbs to the city and beyond.
In addition to the Community rail lines, the Navalaca River and Kilmsa River provide major transportation routes for the state's agricultural interests. Lake Prima gives Spandard access to the Concordian Ocean by way of the Navalaca Seaway.
