Royal Cat Race is a animal race in the Federation of the Southern Coast. The Royal Cat Race originally started by Micheline Langlois in 8th of July 1921 in Dragefjord. Who wanted to critique the Federation and monarcho-socialism ideology pushed forward by the government. Langlois gathered dozen street cats, built a line track and placed food bowls at the end of the race track. Originally, Langlois didn't feed the stray cats except to keep them alive to better motivate the cats to run. He was heavily criticized for his animal abuse and was required 24 month community service or two months for each cat. After the cat race, the cat who won was announced as the meownarch of the Federation. The first race was widely publicized in newspapers and became increditable popular in the Federation and the race became a official government event. The second Royal Cat Race, cats was selected by each state in Federation, two cats per state in the Federation. The winner of the second race was given the honor to host the next Royal Cat Race next year.
