The '''Arm of Carabineers''' (commonly: '''CarabineriCarabinieri''') is a {{wp|gendarmerie}} operating across the [[Petra Cauda|Crown Dominion of Petra Cauda]], but is often found in the predominantly [[Pepe|Pepili]] areas of the Dominion. The Carabineers are often seen as a paramilitary organisation for the oppression of the Pepes, a fact which the Royal Military Commission refutes.
