The police raid on the garage lead to them finding Bjarne Holtan as he was attempting to destroy several computer hard drives using a hammer. He was armed with a suicide vest was threatening to blow up the officers if he wasn't escort out of the country. He later activated his vest when he was startled by a loud sound. Agent Rostad rushed and tackling the terrorist to the ground. His vest failed to trigger and agent Rostad was able to handcuff him. The police officers found Elise Glover in a locker hiding from them.
