Puntalia: Difference between revisions

The nation was the Salovian Arcturian Territory when it was originally formed in the late 1380's by [[Salovia|Salovian]] settlers. After being conquered for a short period by [[Kormistazm]], the territory returned to Salovian hands after the collapse of the Kormistazic successor, the Lousquarii Empire in 1584. From then it remained the central stronghold of the slave trade in Salovia, fueling the production of various cash crops like tobacco, cacao, saffron, sugar cane, and cottonseed oil.
