The Protection of State Secrets Act (Packilvanian: luKhanon aluHimayfiyishme aleSirun aluSuvraan) is an act of the Parliament of Packilvania (which forms part of the law of Packilvania) that criminalised the distribution of sensitive state information. It established National Security Divisions in High Courts of the judiciary of Packilvania to handle cases of national security. The act allowed people charged of sharing or attempting to share classified government documents and information to be prosecuted for treason. The act amended the Criminal Procedure Act, so that cases of treason could be tried in absentia if the accused flees the country or escapes police custody. Cases of treason for violation of national security can be prosecuted by the Department of State Security on application by any of the intelligence agencies of Packilvania recognised by the act. The government has used this act. For instance, Prince Lohadek approved the trial of Prince Kujil on 27 April 2022 under the act when he fled to the Free Pax States.
