The '''President of the Republic of Esteira''' ({{wp|Portuguese|Esteiran}}: ''Presidente da República da Esteira'') is the {{wp|head of state}} and {{wp|head of government}} in [[Esteira]]. He is vested with sweeping powers and is also the Supreme Commander of the [[Esteiran Military Forces]]. He appoints and dismisses the [[Prime Minister of Esteira|prime minister]], [[State Council of Ministers (Esteira)|State Council of Ministers]] (the cabinet), and military officers. It is the highest office in Esteira. [[Luis Souza]] is the 10th and current president of Esteira, holding the office since May 1, 1991. Souza is currently the longest-serving president, entering his 31st year of office in 2022.
