The state of Phoenixia, known as Phoenixia, is a country located in the northern part of Arturia and Yesteria Minor. A unitary presidential republic with Phoenixia Ville as its capital and largest city while Bia is the historic and cultural center, the country covers a total area of 1,043,370 km2 ( (402,850 sq mi) and shares land borders with Vistaraland, Stelvania and Alksearia. It’s surrounded by the Concordian Ocean to the west and the Mar Optio to the east. With a population of 50 million, Phoenixia is a highly urbanized country.

Phoenixia is a democracy organized like a presidential multi-party republic. The Constitution (Phoex Codex), which dates back to 1420, provides for a presidential system with separation of powers. Legislative power is exercised by the parliament (National Congress). Judicial power is exercised by the Supreme Council. Executive power is exercised by the government and prime minister of Phoenixia. The president is the head of state and is elected by popular vote for a term of six years. The Phoenixian political system is composed of an executive power, a legislative power and a judicial power. Executive power is exercised by the President of the Republic. The government is made up of the President and the ministers. The President is accountable to the citizens. The government can be revoked by the National Assembly with a "motion of no confidence"; this ensures that the Government, proposed by the President of the Republic, is always supported by the majority of the national assembly.

The Constitution of the Phoenix Republic, is the [[Phoenix Codex|Poex Codex]], which occupies the source of law and dictates the main foundations of the legal system. It entered into force on 01/01/1421, is made up of 141 articles; the constitution establishes the division of powers into: Executive, Legislative and Judicial which are exercised respectively by the president of the republic and ministers, by the national assembly and by the council supreme.

Since May 20, 2020, the country is led by the Phoxy executive, the fourteenth of the republic of Phoenixia. Chaired by Phoxy de arc; former minister of the treasury and former director of the Phoenix bank. in 2020 he won the elections with 65% of the votes, as an independent,after taking the oath on 13 May, on 20 May he presented the government team, made up of technicians and politicians, parliament and obtained an absolute majority. in an interview with the Phoenixia Agency newspaper he said he was close to liberal democratic thinking.
