==== Education ====
Education in Phoenixia is regulated by the Ministry of Education in different ways according to the legal form (public schools, private schools). Vocational training, including vocational institutes, on the other hand depends on the regions. Compulsory schooling ends at the age of 16.

The Phoenixian education and training system is organized on the basis of the principles of subsidiarity and the autonomy of educational institutions. The State has exclusive legislative competence for the general rules on education and for the determination of essential levels of the services that must be guaranteed throughout the national territory. Furthermore, the State defines the fundamental principles that the Regions must respect in exercising their specific competences. The Regions have concurrent legislative power in the field of education and exclusive in the field of education and vocational training.

The Phoenix school system is structured in three cycles of education:

Primary education, lasting five years;

Secondary education, Divided between the secondary school attended for 3 years and the College for 5 years;

Higher education, which includes university and specialized training, such as masters and graduate school.

These cycles of education are flanked by the Kindergarten, a non-compulsory pre-school institution, characterized by play and coexistence with classmates and preparation for the first cycle of education.
