Phoenixia is a parliamentary democracy organized like a presidential multi-party republic. The Phoenixian political system is composed of an executive power, a legislative power and a judicial power. Executive power is exercised by the President of the Republic. The government is made up of the President and the ministers. The President is accountable to the citizens. The government can be revoked by the National Assembly with a "motion of no confidence"; this ensures that the Government, proposed by the President of the Republic, is always supported by the majority of the national assembly.

The [[Phoenix Codex|Poex Codex]] is the official constitution of the Republic of Phoenixia, proposed in the years 13861418-881419 and then elaborated and promulgated in the firstsecond decade of the 1400s, the constitution establishes the division of powers into: Executive, Legislative and Judicial which are exercised respectively by the president of the republic and ministers, by the national assembly and by the council supreme.

The president is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces. Under the principle of representation, the president receives State leaders, ambassadors and other Public figures; it has broad authority to conduct foreign relations, is the head of diplomacy of the Phoenixian Republic, he can for example establish a trade embargo in agreement with the national assembly, declare war on a foreign government or refuse to allocateinvest funds for an embassya incompany that country. President signs or vetoes bills, sending them back to the chamberparliament, veto power cannot be used twice in a row. The ministries are the administrative bodies of the Republic, currently they're 13.

The National Assembly has a bicameralunicameral structure, consisting of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Republic; it is renewed every four years or in the event of early dissolution by the president, in extraordinary cases. The Chamber of Deputies, is made up of 600 deputies. While the senate is made up of 300 senators.

The age limits for the active and passive electorate are more stringent in the Senate 21 years than in the House it is 18 years. In each chamber of the Parliament, the persons in charge can present a bill. The chamber then instructs the competent committees to discuss the matters dealt with in the bill. If the text is approved, it is transmitted to the other chamber of the Parliament, which repeats the same procedure. When this happens, the law takes effect 7 days after the promulgation of the President of the Republic.
