[[Amhoud I]] was crowned [[Sultan of Packilvania]]. He recognized the independence of the [[Drakkengard]] Socialist Republic. The Drakkengard Socialist Republic passed a new Constitution whereby it became the Kingdom of [[Drakkengard]]. The Grand Duke of Drakkengard reigned as the Regent until a new King was chosen. The position of the King of Drakkengard was offered by the Parliament of Drakkengard to Amhoud I. Amhoud I and the Grand Duke of Drakkengard signed the Charter of Pax-Draconica ([[Packilvanian language|Packilvanian]]: ''LuHuvaal aluPax-Dhrakonika'', Drakken: ''RaiYawwool eraiPax-Drakonika'') at [[Bingol Royal Palace]] in the city of [[Bingol]]. The Grand Duke renounced all claims to the Drakken throne and Amhoud I ascended to the position of the King of Drakkengard. In 1990, Amhoud I passed away, and his son, [[Amhoud II]], succeeded him.
