Packilvanian Steel and Construction Corporation

The Packilvanian Steel and Construction Corporation is a for profit state owned corporation from Packilvania that was established by the government through a law of the same name. Its purpose is to consolidate the steel and construction materials mills of the country. Thus, it owns and operates cement factories, steel foundries, quarries and related operations. It's aim is to ensure that the country has access to the materials required to fuel its infrastructure and housing construction sectors.
